Petrie's warrants that all items will be received in good quality. Petrie's does not warrant against slight variations in color, size or shape of the piece as each piece is handmade.

If an item upon receipt is damaged email us at to obtain a return authorization number and we will do our best to bring a speedy correction to the problem. (SEE RETURNS POLICY).


Petrie's accepts all major credit cards.


Product is processed and shipped within 2-4 business days after an order is placed during non-peak seasons (Christmas).


All orders are shipped USPS. P.O. Box orders are not accepted. If an order has the wrong shipping address given and the package is not returned, the customer is responsible for the lost order. If the package is returned we will ship it back for a charge to the customer. We do not ship internationally.


If an item upon receipt is damaged, broken, or has incorrect initials or font please email us at to obtain a return authorization. You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order in order to have your return processed. Items must then be returned to our store address within 10 business days following an authorization before replacement items are sent out or credits issued. We are not responsible for items that are lost in the mail and credit will not be issued if the item is not received on our end. We recommend that you have your item insured or get a confirmation of receipt.

For personalized item, we must be very clear on our return policy. Because items are personalized after receipt of your order, we cannot accept returns for products because the wrong item was ordered, incorrect initials were given or because a customer changed their mind. We also do not accept a return if an item does not appear the same in picture as in person. Please ask for additional information on an item's details if you are unsure from the photo. We encourage customers to inquire about the size or color of an item. Additionally we are not responsible for computer problems that may have occurred during placement of an order (i.e. size defaulting, wrong item or quantity).

Please understand that once an order is placed, it is placed in production. We do this to ensure that your product is received as soon as possible. Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled.

Non-personalized items may be returned within 10 business days from the date of shipment. Before sending an item back you must receive prior authorization from Petrie's. Refunds are not given only a store credit which can only be used by placing a phone order thru one of our store locations. A restocking fee may be issued pending review that the product was received in new condition. Shipping and handling costs are never refunded.
